Oh Yeah!!!

I lost another pound! I'm down to 206! Since May 12th, I have OFFICIALLY lost 10 pounds! I have lost the equivalent to this:


I don't know about you, but I think 2 bags of sugar weighs a lot!
Last night, I was supposed to walk with Sonya, but she couldn't go because her daughter was sick. Instead, I walked with Janice and Sarah. It's so much more fun when you have someone to walk with. My motivation goes through the roof and the fun-o-meter is definitely increased when you have someone to talk to while you walk.

We walked on the
Swamp Rabbit Trail all the way from downtown TR to Furman Lake! It was over 4 miles! Whew! What a workout! It felt good, but my hips hurt afterward. Not sure I could do that everyday. It's the 2nd time that Janice and I have done that though. I definitely think that it was easier for me this time around.


Whoooot Whooot! 10 pounds.............gone!
