I'm pissy today. I won't go into the reasons why. It's not weight loss related though.
I didn't walk last night. Instead I rode 6 miles on my recumbent bike (which equalled about 35 minutes). We ate some rotisserie chicken, which I found isn't as low fat as you might think. I weighed this morning (208) and I didn't gain, so that was a good thing. If it's not raining tonight, Janice and I are going to walk. I hope it's not raining, because I think a good walk could get some of my frustration out! Grrrrrrrr!
