Happy Monday!

So.....the weekend went well. I did well on my diet and exercise all weekend long. I didn't lose any weight. I'm still at 207, but that's ok. I know that if I keep it up, that the pounds are going to fall off. I walked both Saturday and Sunday, equating to about 4 miles total. I'm walking tonight with Sonya.

What's that saying? That it takes 21 days to create a habit? I think I've created a habit of exercising! What????? Is that even possible for a fat ass, lazy girl like me?? Well, back in the day, I used to be really active. I just have become this fat lazy heifer in my old age. Not any more. I resolve to be skinny (ier) and healthier!

Since I have pretty much stopped doing my photo blog, I'm going to start adding photos to this blog, as it relates to my weight loss. Maybe I can kill 2 birds with one stone.
